Blix: display all comments fields?

  • I’ve read through forum after forum, but I can’t seem to find the answer to this (seemingly) simple question: I use the blix theme, and it only displays the “comment” field by default, and doesn’t offer user options for “name”, “e-mail” and “url”.

An example of this can be seen at: http://www.brosha.com/?p=142#comments

Thus, every post then displays as “Anonymous”. This is annoying. Tweaking with settings (which I’ve since reverted), I can get it to display these fields but they’re meaningless. All information entered goes into a black hole, and then the “finished” comment still says “Anonymous”, without the additional information.

Where am I missing the code the controls which fields are displayed after a user enters a comment?

A big old slobbery kiss to anyone that can help me with this. Or a bottle of Spray-9 to keep me away. Either/or

  • You’ve got the “Logged in as .” problem. Check your user list for a blank user. If you don’t see one, then try searching the forum for “logged in as .” It’s been a common problem.

Thank you so much for that! Problem is solved…
