 * Hi, does anyone experience blinking on the side panel when viewing on mobile?
 * Before seeing the sticking tab on the right, what i did was a css fix as described

 * I have not heard from anyone reporting a blinking tab. Is the tab still blinking
   on your installation? If so, please provide a link to your site so I can take
   a look at it.
