Blind email from user?

I plan on using a classifieds plugin, and would like to use contact form 7, but am wondering how this can be done. Where say a logged in user uses a contact form, the recipient gets an email but they can’t see the email address ( like craigslist does ).

Of course when the person responds, not sure how it will work as craigslist usually masks both ends. I see that the free classifieds plugin Another WordPress Classifieds has this built in but I do not plan on using their plugin as it isn’t responsive from what I can tell.
