BLC not finding new links

Hello,
I have the Broken Link Checker plugin installed on my website (linked above). There are a few thousand links that have been scanned, but it has remained on 2,604 links in queue for quite sometime now. I checked what the page/article that was scanned, and it was an article published in September of 2019.
I am running the most current version of WordPress. And the site is running the most current version of tagDiv’s Newspaper theme.
Any insight as to why the plugin isn’t detecting new links would be great. I love the plugin and used it all of the time before to keep the site free of, well, broken links!

Thank you for the quick response. I’m not a developer by any stretch of the imagination, so I’m not sure how to check the PHP memory. I’m currently hosting with SiteGround, and it is configured with their default settings. I’m not sure if that helps.
The max execution time is 420 seconds. The timeout is 60 seconds. It checks for links every 24 hours.
I did the recheck button and it is going to recheck the entire site. I will keep you posted on when that is complete, but if you have any further suggestions I would really appreciate it.
