We have actually tested this version of the WP/plugin, so I’m assuming there is some configuration which we missed.
If you send us the details of the issue (link to page where the problem happens & name of poll/account)we’d be happy to try and resolve the issue.

I confirmed this over a span of an hour testing the plugins as to why my visual editor on both posts and pages was not showing up. This is simply broken for the current distribution of WP and I do not recommend anyone use it from this context, especially if you are using PageLines as a theme.
I`m using PageLines theme and framework and i hadn’t any issues with this plugin. Maybe it’s because of some other custom changes you made on your theme. Next time when you do a Review please check the support first.

We just released a fix that should resolve the issue.
Saying that, we can’t test all the possible plugin/themes combinations, so would be great if you could validate it works for you as well.
