# Blank zip file

 * Hello, I am only able to get a 0 KB zip file when I try to export using this 
   plugin. Any thoughts?

 * Thanks for your patience!
 * Could you please try to export without media files (in order to do that click
   on Advanced settings and check “Do not export media files” ?
    Please let me know
   if you manage to export the site without media. I would like to be sure that 
   the problem is in the size of the site and not somewhere else.

 * Hi, I had exactly the same issue, so I followed Borislav’s advice and did the
   export without media files.
 * That worked – but obviously now I would either like a fix for the media files
   alone, or the whole lot.

 * This does not work for me.
 * I’ve checked “Do not export media files” because this folder is HUGE. And it 
   still doesn’t work 🙁

 * It works when I check “Do not export themes”, yey!
