  • I am experiencing the same thing. Woocommerce settings page is blank. Using the latest version of the Sommerce theme. Anyone have any ideas?

Blank screens are usually suppressed errors. Please enable the WordPress debug mode to see the real error, instead of a blank screen.

But why WordPress Debug Mode? It seems to be a bug from WooCommerce… Is there a debug mode just for that plugin too?

This is happenign to me, too.

As an aside, has anyone been to woothemes.com ? All i see is a 502 Bad Gateway message. weird.

Enabling the WordPress debug mode is the only way you can show errors, warnings and notices in scripts, as WordPress does not show these when the debug mode is off. If we could do this on a WooCommerce level, we would, but unfortunately we can’t.

Sorry you are having trouble accessing woothemes.com today. We’re working with our hosting company to resolve this issue on our side.

So, the problem is when I install the debug toolbar it vanishes when I go to the settings page. Like, it’s a completely blank page. When I go to the shopping cart the admin toolbar for wordpress is completely gone, too. But if I click “Home” it appears again. So, I can’t get debugging information on the pages that are broken.

K, so this is what pops up when I turn it on in the code:

Notice: wp_enqueue_style was called incorrectly. Scripts and styles should not be registered or enqueued until the wp_enqueue_scripts, admin_enqueue_scripts, or init hooks. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.3.) in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2959

Notice: wp_enqueue_script was called incorrectly.
WordPress database error: [Table ‘xxx_wp.wp_xyz_cfm_form’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT * FROM wp_xyz_cfm_form WHERE status=’1′

    And the blank page shows:

WordPress database error: [Table ‘xxx_wp.wp_xyz_cfm_form’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT * FROM wp_xyz_cfm_form WHERE status=’1′

I didn’t say you should enable the debug bar – the change in the wp-config.php was the one I proposed you to do. Once you see the notices/errors, you’ve done it right.

The error messages lead me to believe that it’s not the WooCommerce plugin that is causing this, but some sort of forms plugin. Are you using a forms plugin, Cforms for example? Please disable that plugin and see if it resolves your issue.

Ok, so I disabled that and am getting now this error:

Fatal error: Class ‘enda_woocommerce_bundlerate_shipping’ not found in /home/clearcon/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/classes/class-wc-shipping.php on line 97

That class is not part of the WooCommerce plugin, nor is it in any of our premium extensions. It must be some sort of shipping plugin that you have got from a third party vendor or downloaded for free. This error can mean pretty much everything, maybe it hasn’t been updated to be compatible with WooCommerce 2.0 yet. Please contact the developer of the plugin and ask them to fix it for you.

In the mean time, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce to make sure your website actually works with our plugin and you can start enabling them all one by one to find other issues.

By the way… you ROCK for being so communicative. I seriously appreciate the quick feedback.

Ok, so I disabled a Bundle Rate Shipping plugin and things are starting to come back to normal.

When I go to the Shipping Zones area of woocommerce, my zones aren’t showing up anymore still, but now I get an error:

Fatal error: Class ‘WC_Shipping_Table_Rate’ not found in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-table-rate-shipping-2/shipping-table-rate.php on line 862

What version of Table Rate Shipping are you using? Version 2.5 has made it compatible with WooCommerce 2.0, but since then there have been a couple updates already, making the latest available stable release now version 2.6.2. Please update to this version, so you are sure you’re not dealing with a bug we’ve fixed already.

For support with our premium extensions (like Table Rate Shipping for example), I strongly advise you to make a ticket in our Support Portal since we can’t provide real support in here (as this is a support system for just the core WooCommerce plugin).

Well crap, I clicked update this morning to 2.6.2 and it still says 2.2.2….

You can manually download the latest version from your My Account page over on woothemes.com, if you’re having trouble using the Updater.

Again, I can’t provide support on premium extensions (or the Updater plugin, for that matter) on these forums. Please use our Support Portal for issues if they are beyond solving them via updating the plugin.

And I did make a ticket yesterday, but no one had responded to me yet over there. I’ll try to reinstall the plugin to see if that forces it to update. Everything tells me all my plugins are up to date, so not sure what’s going on there.
