Blank Webpage when I moved Local site to Bluehost

I have a website that I’ve made on my localhost through wordpress but when I moved it to Bluehost it is a blank page. However, I noticed that in my “wordpress” folder on my desktop there is no “wp_config.php” file, only a “wp_config_sample.php” file so I ended up creating one on Bluehost. Also I am using a theme called “division,” which I don’t see under my themes in my wordpress folder either, nor do I know where my media library is and if I need to upload all my images and pages manually? The tutorial video I watched made it seem like everything should be included in my “wordpress” folder and if I just upload that whole folder everything is taken care of. Is this the case? Please help! My blank website is http://www.moxiehopcreative.com
