# "Blank" stats – plugin not working

 * Ever since changing to 3.9, I’ve had the following problem.
 * Often, but not always, the Dashboard, Visits by country, Traffic Overview, then
   further down, Stats – Clicks, search terms, Post views, referrers – are all blank,
   like they’ve just disappeared. I’ve disabled Adblock Plus on this page so it 
   can’t be that.
 * Also, while I’m asking the question, Stats Social Media Metrics has never worked.
   It gives a fatal error.
 * Can someone help, please? I just tried updating to the latest version but to 
   no avail.

 * In your administration dashboard go to **Google Analytics -> General Settings-
   > Debugging Data** and post the last error.

 * Ta. Just had a look, but unfortunately this won’t help as it simply says:
 * “Last Error: N/A”
 * 🙁
 * What else can I try next, please?

 * Look in PHP error log for related errors. Also post some screenshots with the
   errors you have.
