Blank space appearing randomly in posts

Hello

I wondered if anyone can help me with this. On my website akashictimes.co.uk a blank space keeps appearing randomly in my posts. It is about 1-2 inches big.

I’ve tried modifying my posts and the line spaces in the functions.php, but to no avail. I think it may be some sort of ad code because sometimes if I copy and paste as another user, I will see a small square – as if there was a JPG picture there. I’ll delete it – only to find that the blank space still shows up.

What’s more – the blank space will appear in different parts of my posts. So I may click on one story and it will appear in the middle, but if I revisit that story later on, the blank space will appear in a different part of the post.

I am using the Magazine Basic Theme. I like the theme and this problem did not exist at first.

My questions are:

What could be causing it?
How do I solve the problem?

Please note I no absolutely nothing about coding and this is the first website I’ve ever built. I’m a complete newbie so any explanation – please try and break it down as simply, and easily as possible, as I’m a bit of a dummy when it comes to technical matters. Help would be much appreciated
