Blank Site and Admin Page

    Hi,

    I created a site using the Minimatica theme. I attempted to edit line 24 in default_widgets.php in the editor (I was following the directions in a post in the support forum to edit my pages). Immediately after I did that, my website went blank (white) and my admin page went blank as well – I cannot access it to try and undo what I did. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Log in via FTP and edit the file that way.

    No idea if this the good place to describe my problem but I will try…..
    My web site and my wp-admin page are all of a sudden just a white page…How can I log in and see where the problem is??? Any ideas?

    I am in the process of moving an older WordPress site to an upgraded plan with my server to allow for more features (The old plan would not allow me to upgrade to a newer version of WordPress). I loaded the new version of WordPress onto the new site – NO PROBLEM. Everything seemed to be working fine including accessing the dashboard. I updated the NEW database with the old database, and uploaded the old files from the Old Site. I changed the ‘wp-config.php’ file with the necessary info. All my pages are now coming up blank and I can no longer access the dashboard. Can someone help me?
