    Hi there!

Does anyone else have a blank qTranslate X settings page? When I go to Settings > Languages I can only see the top tabs ‘General Advanced Integration Import/Export Languages’. The content below the tabs doesn’t appear though 🙁 I just gives a blank page, no matter which tab I choose.
Any help would be much appreciated!!

Any errors in Java console (Ctrl+Shift+J)? Try https://qtranslatexteam.wordpress.com/troubleshooting/ ?

Okay, tried that and I get this error:
Uncaught TypeError: $(…).sortable is not a function

    Any idea what to do?

Is this still an issue under the latest version?

Uncaught TypeError: $(…).sortable is not a function

Which piece of code is it under, if it is still a problem? It should be possible to figure out from the console?

Hi, I actually have the same issue. I tried to install the plugin into a local version of wordpress as well as into a multisite-installation and a ordinary one. I also tried to access the settings-page from different computers. But nothing helped.

The Java console does not show me the error mentioned above. Instead, I get something different:
Uncaught TypeError: $(…).datepicker is not a function

It seems, the Java console output does not really help on, does it?

Edit: My Java script error has nothing to do with QTranslate X. This is a problem of the WooCommerce-js-file.

I still could not reproduce this. Is this still a problem under the latest 3.4.2, by any chance?

If some other plugin breaks the java script, it stops working for the rest of the page, and particularly breaks showing the proper section in settings. Is that a correct explanation for this issue?

Maybe we should change the default, and show all sections by default, so that if java script is broken, one will see all sections on one page instead of empty page. Would that be better?

I just updated the plugin to 3.4.3. The problem is still the same.

But I deactivated WooCommerce and violà – here we go. So qTranslateX has actually a problem with WooCommerce. I could swear that I have tried that last time too, but unsuccessfully…
However, I am glad that it works in this way ever.

I also still have the same problem.. All the settings are still blank, except for the tabs.

I do have WooCommerce & qTranslate-X installed as well.

    Is there any fix?

Btw I was wondering; if I delete the plugin, will it delete all my translations as well? I want to try to install a fresh version, but I’m afraid it will erase all my translations (which took quite some time).

    No translations are not removed.

    @ Gunu

Yes, I am also using WooCommerce & qTranslate-X. But this helps nothing. I have also tried different combinations of activated plugins but only one thing remains: I just see the settings-page when WooCommerce is not set active.

Btw: An hour ago I couldn’t even reactivate WooCommerce because of an fatal error. After I upgraded to WordPress 4.3 this problem seems to be fixed.

    @alword

If you delete the plugin all the content will appear including the qtranslate short code [:en]…[:] around the translations. This will not look nicely but at least your translations are safe.

Hello. I am experiencing this same issue since the last updates (don’t know exactly which, because I normally don’t modify the settings over updates).
    I do not have WooCommerce.
I do not get any errors in the JavaScript console.
    Any clue? Any help?
Otherwise, how can I get a previous qtranslate-x version?
    Thanks in advance.
