    Theme: tried various
    Browser: Firefox (up to date)
    OS: Windows 10 (up to date)

    Hi there. Anyone have an answer to this issue please?
    Have installed plugin.
    Have gone to create a new chart.
    The problem is the next screen from clicking “Add new” is blank.
    No matter how many times I try to add a new chart, deactivate/reactive the plugin, uninstall/reinstall the plugin, refresh the screen, or log out and then back into WP, the result is the same … a blank screen, that never changes … no charts, no images, no boxes, no text of any description.

    @jpm2f this looks like a conflict with another component. Please disable all other plugins and check if it works.

    I have waited for four days for this response!

    After a lot of work I finally worked out which plugin Visualizer will not work with.
    It will not work with “Modern Events Calendar” (Lite or Pro) from Webnus (

    Activating MEC stops your plugin showing any actions/charts when a new chart is to be added. Visualizer goes back to working immediately after MEC is deactivated.

    Please address this issue as we would like to use your plugin to assist with our support of front line medical staff in the fight against Covid-19.

    Webnus have also been informed.

    @jpm2f your issue is similar to this issue. Please read the resolution there and follow up with the developers of MEC to get this fixed.
