 * But it simply delivers a blank screen

 * 1) WordPress Version
    2) Temporary Login Without Password plugin version 3) Is
   it WordPress multisite installation? 4) Is happening with only subscriber role
   or will all roles?
 * Please also deactivate all other plugins and check once again and let us know
   is this issue persists?

    WP version = 5.5 Temporary login version = 1.6.4 It is not multisite happening
   with all roles
 * I am using s2member, but same with level 0
 * blank page source is absolutely empty
