Blank Screen After Member Account Deleted

Hello
I am trying out my website that I’m starting by joining as a member by using a different email to my admin one. I have Buddypress installed. I have chosen that members can delete their own account. When I logged in as a member, and deleted my account, my website went to a blank, white screen. I phoned my hosting company and they told me to clear my browsing history and this restored my website to my screen, but then they opened a test member account and then deleted it, and the same thing happened to them, blank, white screen and they had to clear their browsing history.
I want members to be able to delete their own accounts, but I don’t want them to have this kind of problem.
Why is it happening and what can I do to resolve it?
