# Blank Posts Page

 * So I’ve been searching the forums looking for the solution to this problem and
   I think I might have an idea of what’s wrong but I’m looking for some guidance.
 * I’m a student working on developing [this organization’s site](http://shermanfinch.com/blog/)
   and am trying to make it so that there is the static informative homepage and
   the posts page is located under the “Events” tab. It is currently up in a working
   fashion with the recent posts in the Home with a welcome stuck in there and a
   empty events page.
 * The issue is when I decide to do the swap, the Home page works fine but the Events
   page appears completely blank (despite the `<title>`). From what I gather this
   means some plug-in or theme templates are generating this error. Is this the 
   right place to investigate first or am I missing something else?

   if it helps.
    Is it that it is drawing in these higher versions of “index.php”,
   which have the blank file (that’s shown to the right, using BetterFileEditor)?
