Blank Plugins Page When Try to Activate/ Remove

Hello,
I was getting a bit of bot spam on the wordpress site I am managing, whyoptimism.com so I tried to install contact form 7 and really simple captcha.

I, like an idiot, didn’t read the files that needed to be put on the server before installing. Now I have installed contact form 7, and really simple captcha, but when I try to activate or remove them I get a blank white page loaded on the plugin page.

I am now having a problem with loading images into posts, I believe the problem was caused by when I updated to WordPress 7, but cannot update to 7.1, I believe because of really simple captcha (I get a blank page when I click update).

I would really like to just remove the really simple captcha plugin, but am not sure how to do this manually. I am using Network Solutions for hosting, if that matters (not my decision).

Any advice on how to fix this problem would be amazing, I have a post I am supposed to publish tomorrow morning but cannot load the image that goes with it so I am pretty screwed right now.
