I installed the decaf version and set up 3 events. The tickets opened up for sale but when customers got to payment page, it was blank. My server and site were checked for error codes but nothing came up. Any suggestions to fix error.
    Thanks

    Hi there,

It looks like the tickets are currently expired. Can you please update the ticket on-sale dates, then save the event? Then please let us know when the event has been updated so we can take a look.

    Hi
I looked at the ticket and it shows no sales, and a expiration of 8/18. I dont know why it expired, however, dates are updated and it is open for registration.
    Thank you for your help!

    Hi there,

We took a look at your site and can see that you are getting fatal errors in the source code of your other pages. It might be in your best interest to turn on WP Debug so you can see the source of the errors.

It was also pointed out by another person on our support staff that it looks like your WordPress theme may be compromised as well. If you look at the theme credits, there are some links that point to what looks like spam sites. Here’s a screenshot of the source code in your theme: https://slack-files.com/T02SY781D-F9QJTPXNU-03d3875586

Please let us know once you have the WP Debug activated.

@sethshoultes how can I perform a test payment – recently I had to reconfigure ee decaf and I need to do this exercise before I can give the all clear to pay via the site THX

    Hi again,
I copied the comments from you and Sent to web designer. He did this:

The plugin required an increase in the amount of memory required to run. For reference, I had to increase the memory limit for your site from 64MB to 256MB, an increase of 400%.

The payment pave isn’t blank any longer.
    Thanks for all your help.

    Oops – page.
