Try deactivating all plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

But it doesn’t help at all.
In fact i have decided to reinstall the WordPress again, this time Russian version.
Just before install everything, i have deleted completely the previously installed version of WordPress by command rm -rf html/
Reinstalled the wordpress just according to the turorial

And everything was fine untill i went to check installed wordpress to my website – http://46.101.157.61
It is blank! What it is?! How it could be?! i’m really amazed

A blank site means that PHP is crashing due to a function conflict, usually caused by plugins or theme functions.
Are you using any theme other than Twenty Fifteen?
Did you install any plugins?
James, thanks for the quick response.
I use storefront theme for the woocommerce plugin.
The problem seemed to be the same, after updating the Plugin (woocommerce) i have installed the “storefront” theme. Now the blank page have disappeared from the front page, but still, when i press the links from the head of the page, like Cart, Checkout, My account, Sample page, Shop, all the pages are blank.
At the same time, when i go to admin panel, it works very well. All the products are on their places. But, unfortunately when i try to go to the product page or the pages from above, everything is empty.

Do you have the same problem with the Twenty Fifteen theme?
If so, do you have the same problem with all plugins deactivated?
We’re trying to figure out *what* the problem is here. 🙂
Twenty Fifteen theme doesn’t have links from above like Cart, Checkout, My account, Sample page, Shop.
So i can’t check, how it should work with them.
I have deactivated woocommerce plugin, frontpage works, but still no links to product database, or checkout cart

Ok, then you’ll have to check your server error logs.
Trigger the blank page, note the day and time, and check your server error log for entries at that time.
If you don’t have access to your server error log, ask your hosting provider to look for you.
