Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/
and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

Tried manually resetting my plugins and it still was a blank white page.
What do I rename my current theme directory folder to?

Anything other than what it is.
/wp-content/themes/current-theme/
to:
/wp-content/themes/broken-theme/
for example.

Still won’t let me access the appearance tab.
I am able to access “Customize” and “Widgets” and “Menus”. Everything else appears as a white blank page. I am not able to edit my front page because of this.

You don’t edit your front page via the Appearance section, unless you’re using a special theme that has that feature, in which case you didn’t actually rename the theme’s directory, did you?
Do you have any trouble with the Twenty Fifteen theme active? Please be honest. (Note, I’m not accusing you of anything, it’s just been a whole week of dishonest people who don’t realize we need truth to help, and it’s getting tiresome.)

I’m using the theme Invert-Lite and I re-named the theme to broken-theme in the directory via FTP. After doing that, I still wasn’t able to access Customize, Widgets, Menus, or Appearance.
I understand the frustration, I’m really not trying to lie or anything, just want to get this problem fixed.

Hm, that is strange. So, you can see the sections in the menu, but they’re blank on the right side where their content should be?
If so, try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php
file and the /wp-content/
directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.
