    Hi,

    I get a blank page when I try to print an invoice/receipt/delivery note. All that shows is the date & title on top and the URL/link at the bottom. The rest of the page is blank.
    This seems to have happened after the most recent update.

    Hi,
    Ok, the problem seems to be lying with another plugin, AAM that had an update recently. When I disable the AAM plugin all works 100%. When I enable it, it prints the blank page… 🙁

    I have installed Advanced Access Manager plugin By Vasyl Martyniuk on my side and activated the plugin.

    Then I have checked invoice/receipt/delivery note on the WooCommerce Order page for and it was working fine. It was not showing me a blank page.

    Can you please confirm that I have checked with the same plugin?

    Also, let me know the Active WooCommerce and our plugin version. If you have any debug.log errors for our plugin then you can share with us.

    Hi,

    Yes, those are the plugins and I’m running the latest versions for all. Could be that there is another plugin causing the issue on my site…
    I don’t have any error or debug logs unfortunately. I will try have a look at the issue a bit later to maybe give more feedback.

    Hi @maginem,

    Looking forward to your feedback. It’s likely that another plugin is causing the issue, most probably the Advanced Access Manager plugin.

    Hi,

    I haven’t been able to spend more time testing, but AAM definitely seems to be play a part in the issue. After a recent update I tried activating it again but have the same issue.

    Hi,

    I haven’t done more testing, but I just quickly updated & reactivated the AAM plugin, tested the print and all seems to be working again. Perhaps some updates in the interim on both sides fixed the issue.
