@julians this would indicate a fatal error somewhere that we would need to know more on. Can you please take a look at your woo fatal logs for a recent day like today, right after you hit that dashboard again? If there’s a blank screen it’s typically logged somewhere and that would give us the clues on what to do next.

Exactly the same issue appeared in my site.
Since I started building my webshop, I configurated Mailchimp for Woocommerce in the Settings without any problem. And it works.
But recently, I wanted to translate the opt-in sentence “subscribe me to your newsletter” on the checkout and account pages. I found a tutorial, went to Mailchimp settings and only got the white screen with the chimp. No settings at all.
What I did:
- deactivating caching and minifying plugins. Nothing changed.
- Deactivating all plugins expert Woocommerce, Mailchimp for Woocommerce and WPML
- Searching for fatal logs in Woocommerce. There were no fatal logs at all and the Mailchimp logs were OK.
Still only the white screen with the Mailchimp logo is showing.
What to do now? Do you have any suggestions where to look?
Hi, just had same issue on one of mine projects, looks that for some weird reason (maybe another plugin or server config) mailchiom-for-woo fails to set $active_tab and default to api_key just adding extra GET parameter to set tab ID and interacting in it fixes issue. So if some one has same issue try link [YOUR-SITE-DOMAIN]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailchimp-woocommerce&tab=api_key
