Blank page for ‘Aviary Options’

    Just installed.
    I see the ‘Aviary Options’ under Forms menu, but it shows a blank page when clicking on it.
    (wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_aviary_options)

    In form editor, I see the ‘Aviary Editor’ field under ‘Advanced Fields’
    When adding such a field in a form, the field seems to have only the generic options under the ‘General’, ‘Appearance’ and ‘Advanced’ tabs.

    I have still saved the form for testing.
    On front end the form fails to fail altogether.

    Leon, let me know what other details you may want to know to debug this.
