# Blank page error

 * I am trying to add media to page but I get this error when I click on edit options
   for page
 *     ```
       Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'msie' of undefined
   
       Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).live is not a function
       ```
   
 * I tried deactivating all plugin issue still persists.
    I am on 5.6 version of
   wordpress please help

 * Have you tried using [Enable jQuery Migrate Helper ](https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/)
   in legacy mode?
 * Looks like it’s a jQuery related problem. If so, contact your theme’s developer
   and ask him to update the theme using the latest jQuery standards.
