    Hello,

When I update any post with a URL on my site, I can see the update on my desktop when I move from backend to front end. However, when I copy & paste the url to share for example on FB messenger or input the url directly into a browser, it is a completely blank page. This is the same for others who try and click on the link or input the link from their mobile or desktop on various browsers and android as well as Mac.
I’ve troubleshooted by removing every plug in one by one, and wp security is the cuplrit I think. To resolve the issue, I need to flush my cache in the server end, every time I update a post for it to be accessible.I’ve just flushed the cache so all is currently working, but let me know if you would like to make an update, for this to replicate. Please can someone advise when this will be fixed? Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Hi, this issue might be related to a cache plugin conflicting with our plugin. Or it might be related to a feature you have enabled that is conflicting in your site.

Are you saying that if you disable our plugin, your issue is resolved?

    Kind regards

Hi, your best option is to carry out a process of elimination with our plugin. Start by disabling all Firewall rules, then carry out a test. If your issue is resolved when all Firewall rules are disabled it means one or more than one Firewall rule feature is causing a conflict. If that is the case, start enabling one feature at a time and at the same time carry out a test. Do this until until you find out which Firewall feature is causing the conflict.

Let me know how you go.

    Thank you
