Blank page after trying to save Settings changes

Hello:

I have encountered a recent issue and I don’t know what to do. Anytime I make a change to the main Settings in the Dashboard, and click Save Changes, I get a blank screen afterwards and the settings are not saved. What is causing this and how can I resolve it? Thank you for your help.
