    Hello,
i just founded EM and i love it! Everything works fine, except for a petty little thing.

If i save a existing category i recieve a blank page – The saving itself works. If i go back savings are done.

    Starts here:
    /wp-admin/term.php?taxonomy=event-categories&tag_ID=100 (click save)

    End here:
    /wp-admin/edit-tags.php (blank)

(i couldn’t find an answer in the forum search)

    much thanks in advance!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

Could you perhaps try and Install https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-safe-mode/ This plugin is also developed by EM Team and would help us check if it’s a plugin or theme issue.

    – Activate and Enable Safe Mode. Please make sure that on the settings a twenty series theme is selected.
    – When activated it would help you test as if the Webiste only plugin activated is EM and twentyseries theme

    Hello,
Ok, i installed the Plugin and switched to Safe-Mode (only for me).

I used my current theme (generatePress) and category was saves without blank page. Super.

Switched back in normal mode, error is back.

how can ic continue now? 🙂

is it one of my other plugins that causes the error?

Great tool … The first plugin i enabled seems to be the cause. It is WP Meta SEO.

any further ideas how i can solve the problem and continue using the plugin?

    Correction:
It is not WP META SEO itself but the payed WP Meta SEO Pro-Addon.

I turn to the developer… This post here can be closed.

Thanks for the link to WP Save Mode!
