Hello,

Sorry for my bad english, I’m french. I installed Real Media library free and created my categories (5800 images were filed in the categories I created with an old plugin not working anymore).

I started to fill the new images in the categories. When I go to the uncategorized folder to fill the 5800 images, it shows a blank page in the admin panel. Only for the uncategorized folder – Non classé /wp-admin/upload.php?rml_folder=-1

Edit : Same for Non-attached (Non attachés).

That’s why I ask for help.

Thanks for the video. Can you please do the following:
1. Open the developer tools with “F12” and navigate to “Console”
2. Reproduce the issue
3. Send a screenshot

Ok, there is no issue logged. Are you using any browser extensions and does the issue persist on other browsers?

I use firefox with extensions (pocket, adblocker ultimate non active in my site), clear cache, empty cache, print friendly pdf, facebook container)

It’s the same blank page with Microsoft Age (no extensions, I use it only for testing)

Hi again,

The problem was wp-optimize. I received an automatic email by wordpress with the error:

I changed the wp-optimized rules like this (no more save webp version, save original image and delete images…). Everything is working now, thanks.
