# Blank Options Tab

 * excellent plugin here. Great work!
 * Well, my problem is a blank options tab after click save button.
 * That happens after changed the name of the results page. For somewhat, options
   tab show nothing! I refresh browser, and shows all options. But, after some changes
   in the options, nothing change in frontend.
 * Tried plugin reinstall, reset configuration, deleted domain in search engines
   in SearchIQ backoffice page… and nothing!
 * Can anyone help to solve this problem?

 * right now we’re developing in an intranet environment, so i can’t give you a 
   URL access. Maybe next week…
 * We’re using 4.6.1 WordPress version.
 * I think this is about some cached data about my options. That options are stored
   in wordpress database? Or sent through your API, and stored in your servers? 
   Can i clean that stored options?

 * We have options settings synced at both the end. You can reset the configuration.

 * Hi Saurabh,
 * tried several aproachs to solve the problem. All didn’t result!
    – reset configuration–
   reset configuration, deactivate and active plugin – reset configuration, delete
   search engine in SearchIQ backoffice, deactivate and active plugin – reset configuration,
   delete search engine in SearchIQ backoffice, created new SearchIQ account, delete
   wp_siq_sync and wp_2_siq_sync tables, deactivate and active plugin
 * All that step didn’t resolve the problem.
 * So, i think it’s not searchiq plugin files, neither searchiq api… i think the
   problem it’s all about searchiq data stored in wordpress database. This make 
   sense?
 * How can i completely delete all searchiq data stored in wordpress database?

 * Could you please send us a snapshot of the options tab at [support@searchiq.xyz](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/blank-options-tab/support@searchiq.xyz?output_format=md).
   
   I will get a better understanding of the issue. You can find all the settings
   stored in db in wp_options table search for option_name like ‘_siq_%’.
