    Hi, after I changed some settings on the plug-in page, mainly the user and pwd for SMTP, the page appears blank below the TABS of the settings. That way is not allowing me to test the send mail option to see if its working or not.

    What can I do?

    after I changed some settings on the plug-in page, mainly the user and pwd for SMTP, the page appears blank below the TABS of the settings.

    Make sure you also configure the rest of the settings before you save the settings.

    Hi,
    Sorry but your reply does not answer the question.
    The screen have no options to configure, as it lacks the input options.
    I did save the info, but it is not working, so how can I change them again?

    Hi, try the following steps. Deactivate and delete the plugin, then install a fresh new copy. Once again try and configure the plugins settings. Let me know how you go.

    I have the same, blank below tabs. Deactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled. Still blank setting page.

    Hi, I moved to another plug-in. Ditched this one BS.

    I know, plugin support marked it as solved when I clearly just stated here I have the same issue. Probably won’t be fixed soo I’m afraid

    @joosty, please start a new support thread. The reason why I closed this support thread is because the person that opened this support ticket is no longer using our plugin.

    I dont have time for this. There is an issue with your plugin, there was this threat opened trying to get support. And you closed it, well done.

    Ah I see, no problem. You are absolutely right. Appologies accepted. I am moving on to a working plugin though and leave the fixing to someone else. Good luck with the plugin, I might have a look again in the future after some udates.
