Blank line in feed

    Has anyone come across this problem with the first line of the feed being blank? I thought it was podcasting at first but it happened after installing 2.8 so I’m beginning to think it’s in there. Deactivating plugins and default theme does not fix. Deleted all the blank lines in the feed files that I can find. no luck there either. Any thoughts?

    Check for blank lines at the beginning of header.php in your theme. Also check wp-config.php for leading or trailing blank lines.

    I deleted all the blank lines that seem relevant in those files as well. I’m getting nowhere with this 🙁 I’m tempted to save my DB delete everything and start with a clean install of everything.

    This is probably a Carriage return.

    Your feed doesn’t works due to this problem ?
