Blank JetPack Dashboard and Settings screens

    Hi. Our JetPack Dashboard and Settings screens are blank. I see that in similar threads, in some cases the suggestion is to disable all other plugins and etc., and in other cases the suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall the JetPack plugin.

    How can I tell which tactic to try?

    In the console of those pages, I’m getting error notices like:

    TypeError: Object(…) is not a function (in /wp-includes/js/dist/keycodes.min.js)

    TypeError: Object(…) is not a function (in /wp-includes/js/dist/data.min.js)

    TypeError: Object(…) is not a function (in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard)

    Same as above, also in /wp-includes/js/dist/compose.min.js
    and also in /wp-includes/js/dist/vendor/react-dom.min.js
    and finally in /wp-content/plugins/jetpack/_inc/build/admin.js

    TypeError: wp.data is undefined (in /wp-includes/js/dist/data.min.js)

    TypeError: o is undefined (in /wp-includes/js/dist/rich-text.min.js)

    Any helpful clues in that?

    A plugin conflict does seem like the most likely problem in this scenario. Do you happen to use caching / concatenating plugins that may be set to work in the admin dashboard, for logged in users? If so, I would recommend that you try deactivating those plugins first, see if that helps. If it doesn’t, I would recommend deactivating each one of your plugins, one at a time.

    We use WP Super cache, set to NOT cache pages for logged in users. Nonetheless, I tried adding the JetPack admin URLs to the cache exclusion list, but that didn’t help.

    I’ll try disabling plugins when traffic is low and I can put it into maintenance mode. I’ll let you know if I find a conflicting plugin.
