I have set the same featured image (a logo) on the individual event page, and on the ticket and receipt pages, but when I successfully purchase a test ticket bot the receipt and ticket show a blank space – the the My Tickets logo has disappeared, but my featured image is not showing. Any advice appreciated.

Looks like you’re using a plug-in that provides lazy loading of images. That plug-in is intercepting this image, but the supporting code isn’t loaded on this screen.

You’ll probably want to find a way to selectively disable the lazy loader; I don’t have enough details to make a suggestion on that.
