I had originally had an earlier version of WordPress installed under the same directory and it worked just fine. I needed to upgrade in order to use one of the plugins, so I deleted all the old wordpress folders, and started from scratch, downloading the newest wordpress. I unzipped the file, uploaded it via Filezilla, created a database for it, and edited the wp-config.php file, but still shows the blank screen with no source code.
One thing of note is that when I was uninstalling the old version of wordpress, one of the plugins refused to be deleted entirely, although I’m not sure if this could be a problem since I have even tried saving the wp files under a new directory.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I’m starting to get very frustrated with this!
