# Blank "Import Data Configuration"

 * Hi,
 * 1) I load the CSV, and it is ok.
    2) Then I click on next. 3) The page “Import
   Data Configuration” loads but is completely blank!!!
 * I retried, and then it crashed WP: could not load /wp-admin/ page.
 * What do I need to do to make the import work?

 * I’m having the same trouble. I have WP version 4.2.2 and WP Ulimate CSV Importer
   version 3.7.4. I upload the file fine and click next. The page says Import Data
   Configuration but it is blank. If I click on the refresh button on my browser,
   it will show me 2 blue arrows and in between them says ‘showing preview of row#
   1’ and to the right of the right blue button is ‘Go to Row#’ with a box and then
   a green button that says ‘show’. Below all that it says CSV Header, WP Fields,
   CSV Row. Below that is the clear mapping and next buttons. There are no fields
   to map and no space for them to even be there. I used this last week and it was
   fine, now this week, it won’t work.

 * Please try an import without uploading zip file. This may be because of ZipArchive
   class which supports only for above php 5.2. Ensure that your php is above 5.2
   and kindly share more details on your php.info.

 * I’m not uploading a zip file, just a regular csv file of 88kb. I had the more
   experienced guy reset the PHP server but that didn’t change anything. At this
   point we are switching to a different plug in because my whole site is on hold
   with this mess. I’m not a programmer. I am the novice user and I write basic 
   html code to get my pages up. When something like this happens, I have to seek
   the help of those more experienced.
