 * Contact form is blank – I cannot figure out why. I also cannot scroll down to
   the footer. I have pasted the shortcode on the text side of this thing. Is there
   some other setting I am missing?

 * Could you please clarify what does it mean – “blank”? Under the “text side” you
   meant – TinyMCE editor “text” view? Could you please send screenshots of your
