  • Hi,

As far as I know, you are the first to report this issue, please check your php memory limit, install this plugin and post back with what it reports: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/wp-memory-usage

Thanks for responding Benjamin. I do see other posts regarding this issue but not with the same versions of WordPress and All-in-One Event Calendar. However I don’t see any resolutions on those.

In case, I wasn’t clear… after we updated to WP 4.4.1 and updated the plugin to version 2.3.5 , navigating to Events > All Events shows no events in the listing. However there are 5427 events in the database. I can access the event on the back-end via the edit button on the front-end.

I will check my php memory limit and report back.

I see. Events are stored in wp_posts, wp_ai1ec_events and wp_ai1ec_event_instances database tables, it seems that the events are deleted in the “wp_ai1ec_events” table, but preserved in “wp_posts” table. Do you know what version you upgraded from when going to 2.3.5 and in what way?

    wp_ai1ec_events has around 7000 rows.
    upgraded from 2.1.8 to 2.3.5

    any suggestions Benjamin.
do you want access to our system to see the issue.

Upgrading from 2.1.8 to 2.3.5 is the cause of this issue. Since it is not possible to restore the events(if you do not have backup), it would be best to delete all “wp_ai1ec_” tables.

    Benjamin,

Fortunately, I have the backup. can you guide me how to upgrade now and retain all the data.

    Regards,
