Hi,
It happening on my site too. The only page that JetPack loading is Stats. I tried de-activating and activating the plugin and still the same issue.
JetPack Version 5.6.1
WordPress 4.9.1
Thanks,
@waynesheffield @gunnalag
What are the addresses of your Jetpack sites?
Also, please deactivate, delete, and re-install the Jetpack plugin. Then, try reconnecting it to WordPress.com.
Afterwards, if you are still having a problem, enable WordPress Debugging:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress
Then, recreate the problem, check the log file for errors, and paste them here.
Thank you!
Hi,
I did steps deactivate, delete, re-install, and reconnecting to WordPress.com. But still, the JetPack pages are not loading and resulting in blank pages.
MySite Address: http://www.gunnalag.com
URLs:
http://<MySite>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack
http://<MySite>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/settings
http://<MySite>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/dashboard
However, the only Site Stats page is able to load and it’s URL is http://<MySite>/wp-admin/admin.php?page=stats
I’ll share the WordPress debug logs soon.

Hey @gunnalag, everything looks good from our debugger tool which is a good place to start troubleshooting this problem 🙂
Can you try updating your PHP version, as it looks quite updated? That might solve the issue. Your hosting provider can help you do that, otherwise we have some instructions you can follow at this link:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-your-php-version/
Let me know how you get on!
Okay, I deactivated, deleted, reinstalled, reconnected to WP and activated JetPack. Still showing a blank screen for both dashboard and settings.

A newer version 5.7 of JetPack plugin released and upon upgrade, my Jetpack settings and dashboard pages are loading fine.
Thanks for the quick fix.

Hey @gunnalag, that’s awesome news! Thanks for letting that know 🙂
@waynesheffield, can you please also try updating WordPress to 4.9.1 as well as Jetpack to 5.7?
Since everything looks working okay on the WordPress.com blue dashboard, I also suspect there might be a plugin conflict happening. If the updates won’t fix it, can you also please temporarily deactivate all your plugins and check if the problem gets fixes that way? If it works, then reactivate each plugin one-by-one to find out which one is causing problems.
Let me know how you get on!
Okay, it was a plugin conflict. The “Social Links” plugin was the one causing the conflict.
