Blank dashboard and front-end site

    After trying to update the Customizer.php file (added a small piece of code), my dashboard went white. The front of my site is now white too. I can go backward through my browser pages to get to a the page where the customizer file is displayed and I tried to remove my changes and update. I still get blank screens. Have files been corrupted somehow? How do I check and get to someplace where I can fix whatever the issue is?

    if you need to access your wordpress files but can’t get to the dashboard you can try via FTP. do you have an FTP client installed? (ie filezilla)
    FTP access credentials are available from your webhosting company.

    if something is corrupted from a change you made you can replace/repair file via FTP.
