Blank custom fields URGENT! Help

    I created some custom fields that the costumer has to fill etc, and the plugin didn’t save the information on the orders section (there is the box created), and if i want to put it manually, when i save it, automatically it deletes the text.
    Hope u can tell me how to resolve this.

    Is it possible or you to share url of website?

    Also, please specify the fields that are not working and provide instructions to replicate issue from here

    Hi @sebastopolys , thanks for the quick response.

    Link:

    The fields are “Codigo Postal” at both sections “Datos alumno” and “Datos Empresas”.
    Other custom fields are: “NIF/CIF” and the “Bonificar formacion”.

    When somebody writes there, the plugin did not keep that information and if i want to put it manually when i click at the save button (admin panel) the text disapears…

    I tried creating a new custom field and it happens the same.

    Please confirm you have the latest version of the plugin and that your overall website is up to date (plugins, theme, WP core)

    Also, debug as following if you haven’t done yet:

    • Deactivate plugins one by one checking each time.
    • Switch to Storefront theme and test
    • Disable any custom scripts you might have.
