 * Is there a way to delete the big blank area on lower part of the form?

 * if you mean the greyish area at the bottom, where the rules and the dates are(
   but in white due to a conflict with the theme), you can fix it by going to Appearances
   > Customize and under Custom CSS add this part:
 * .giveasap_box footer { color: #000; }
 * With this, the text of that part will have a black color so it is more visible.
   If you want to completely remove it, then you can add:
 * .giveasap_box footer { display: none; }
