blank API REST page

    Hi, I started the integration of MailerLite with Woocommerce.
    I downloaded the plugin, filled in the MailerLite API Key, then followed the instructions as shown here: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/ to create the Customer Key and Secret Customer Key.

    It says you have to go to WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API

    Then clic on Add Key and it says this takes you to the Key Details screen. Well, in my case, that part of the page starts loading the content, then stops but the content doesn’t appear. Instead, it goes blank.

    I’m not a programmer and don’t know how to use nor have time right now to learn code, so, is there a way you’d try to fix this that doesn’t require using code? Do you know why it happens?

    Hi @pilarretegui!

    It sounds like something related to a cache issue. If you’re using a cache plugin, can you purge them?

    Also, you can try to clear your browser’s cache, here’s a more detailed article about how to do that:

    If you’re still having issues with that, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. 

    Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Hi! Thanks so much, I tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling it and the problem was solved, whatever it was. Thank you!
