Hello,
Try to disable Jetpack and Autoptimize plugin temporarily. Clear cache and check it works properly or not.
pro-tip; you can disable Autoptimize on a per-request basis by adding ?ao_noptimize=1
to the URL.
if the problem is not there at that point, some autoptimize (re-)configuration might be needed to fix this. there are troubleshooting tips and info on how to exclude in the AO FAQ.
hope this helps debugging,
frank (ao dev)
I disabled both plugins and the problem remains π
Try to follow the below steps and see it fixes the issue or not.
1. Update PHP version if it is not PHP7
2. Increase the memory limit to 256M or higher β https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/56-increasing-memory-limit-to-php
3. Disable all plugins except Ocean Extra + woocommerce and check it works or not
4. Update all the plugins and theme to the latest version
5. Go to Theme Panel > Scripts & Style, disable all β save settings, then enable it again. Clear cache and check it works or not.
Ok, now that`s odd. I just disabled all the plugins, except those and re-enabled. It worked.
wtf
There is an explanation for it?
Don’t know the exact reason but it seems a code conflict.
