# Blank after vote

 * Hi, the plugin has been installed for 5 years. It works fine for me and other
   users. But some users tell me that when they vote the message “1 vote, average:
   4,00 over 5, Thanks for your vote” doesn’t appear and remains blank.
    what could
   be the problem ? Thanks
