Blank admin pages

    Hi There,
I haven’t accessed my admin pages for a couple of months, but now that I’ve logged in I can’t see anything at all? The sidebar is present with dashboard, pages, posts etc but when I try to click on any of them, the remainder of the screen stays blank?? Please advise on how I can access and post new blogs etc.
    Thank you,
    Zara

What version of WordPress are you currently running?

    I think it’s 3.3.2

We’re now up to WordPress version 3.9. I would recommend taking a backup of the site, and then performing an update.

Thanks Evan. I’m not very technical I’m afraid, although I did set it all up originally. Is there a fairly straightforward way to take a back-up and upgrade the website that you could tell me or somewhere I could look up how to do this?

Download a backup plugin, and click the update button on the dashboard.
