    Hello Support,

As mentioned in the title, I created a user and I set it as AOL Manager (status build by the plugin). When I try to login with this user, I have a blank page.
The connection succeed. I use Avada as Theme.
I tried to remove all my plugins to check if I can access to the AOL manager’s panel.
When I remove Woocommerce, I can see the wordpress panel with the ads, the menu to manage applications, etc.
I’ve also check the functions.php file to be sure that there were no “?>” tag closing the “<?php” at the beginning of the document.

So, tell me If I am wrong, but the plugin seems to not be compatible with woocommerce.

Could you help me to solve my problem ?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Chris

Not only AOL Manager, but default SUBSCRIBER role loses its access to dashboard when WooCommerce is active.

AOL Manager role has read capability along with many other capabilities to access the dashboard but WooCommerce modifies read capability & limits it to a MyAccount page on front-end only.

This issue should also be discussed with WooCommerce plugin support. Meanwhile we are finding a way to let AOL manager user role with read capability to have access to the dashboard while WooCommerce plugin is active.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best Regards

Better to ask question about Read Capability from WooCommerece guys as well. We are also finding an alternate way to access dashboard with Read Capability when WooCommerce plugin is active.

    Best Regards.

    Chris,

WC support has been added in ApplyOnline plugin’s development version & will be part of the next plugin update. You can download & install development version from https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/apply-online.zip After installation, reactivate plugin to implement new capabilities.

Here is the log of WC support thread: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/19787

    Thank you for your patience.

    Best Regards
