Blanc page instead ..\wp-admin\install.php

    Trying install WordPress but have this problem. What should I do? I’ve changed the file “wp-config.php”
    P.S. Which permissions for files are recommended?

    If you see a blank page, you should find out what errors you have. To display the errors, you should set the option “display_errors” to “on”. If you would like more details about this, please reply.
