Black screen problem – Sound but NO VIDEO

    Hello PLYR,

    I’m planning to buy your plugin (PRO version) but when I test it I have a black screen, the player works, the sound is ok but I’ve no visuals. Do you have any idea of what is happening? I can send you a link in DM, it would be easier for you.

    I have the same problem
    Tooley’s Painting & Home Improvements

    It is a live site so I have had to remove it until the issue can be resolved.

    Thanks for reaching out to our support forum. Would you please let me know which file file type (.mp4, .webm) are you using? Have you tried a different video file ?
    sometime corrupted video file causing this type of issue.

    Thank you. I found that I had the same problem on other sites too, and since they are all live I just put the mp4 file into Smart Slider 3 instead, and that solved the problem. Sorry I couldn’t wait for a solution from you. You were very quick indeed, but this alternative method is working so I’ll just go with it. Thank you for a great plugin. Much appreciated!
