    Hi Jun,

    Can you let us know as to which plugin are you using to add the shortcodes? Also, can you let us know if you are getting any errors in browser console?

    Hello Rohan,

    Everything in the page/pages are cannot be edited. I’m using visual content composer to add and build the sections. However, I keep having blank codes. Do you know how to fix it?

    Please if anyone knows, I need to fix this. ASAP

    Hi Jun,

    You are using a different plugin (visual content composer), not the Visual Composer Website Builder. Please contact the plugin author to get support.

    I didn’t see the visual content composer plugin in the list. How can I get support?

    Hi Jun

    In the video shared by you, at 0:08 you can see the name “Visual Content Composer” and it’s interface. You will have to check the plugin/theme which adds it at your end and then contact the respective developer for support.
