Black box white X

    Hi All,

    I have a black box with white X appearing whenever I click on any of my sites content.
    The site works on desktop if I use WWW. however does not work on mobile.

    Any advice?

    Hi there,

    What have you tried so far? Have you tried deactivating all plugins to see if that resolves things? Switching to a different theme?

    Hi Jose!
    Deactivated all plugins. Created a new menu and added custom links adding the www. As that version works on desktop.
    I added a backslash that was missing in the WordPress bakery plug-in ha that has caused issues from the WP upgrade too.
    I believe it’s the theme,
    The visual editor (WP bakery) won’t load, and I can’t upgrade as the business doesn’t have the purchase details.
    The theme is ANPS industrial from 2017

    What do you think? What visual editor could I or theme could I use free to easily transfer? I tried elementor but a lot of issues to fix in that swap.
